Akas is a residential project in Pakchong district in Nakornratchasrima , the lower Northern part of Thailand.  The residence consist of two main parts which is  condominium and villas , both have panoramic view of mountains and natural elements that create a perfect lifestyle for a family’s big fresh breath.

The landscape design consists of a simple landscape element that spread harmoniously along the slope creating different levels of space for various activities and also maximize volume of outdoor spaces. Each condominium building is raising in different levels on the slope which creates variety elevation of lap pool and fitness of each building.
